Who is this platform for?

The platform is designed for two groups. Clients are companies, engineering firms, design studios and entrepreneurs who want to develop or improve a technical product — from concept to production. Specialists are independent engineers, industrial designers, AI specialists, compliance experts and craftspeople who offer their expertise for targeted projects.

How do I know a specialist is trustworthy?

Every specialist goes through a vetting process before they become visible on the platform. This includes identity verification (KYC via Stripe Identity), a review of education and certifications by our team, and at least one confirmed reference from a previous client. Specialists who complete this process carry the 'Verified specialist' badge.

What if I'm not satisfied with the delivered work?

You only pay when you are satisfied. Payments are per milestone and are released only after your explicit approval. If you don't accept the result you can request a revision or file a formal dispute. During an active dispute the escrow is frozen — no payouts happen until a resolution is reached through our mediation process.

Who owns the IP on delivered work?

The client owns all IP rights on delivered work, from the moment full payment is made. This is standard in the platform agreement every specialist signs at sign-up. You don't need to draft separate contracts — the protection is built into the platform.

How does payment work as a specialist?

The project amount is held on a secure Stripe account at the start of a milestone. Once the client approves your delivery, 85% of the milestone amount is credited to your account within one to two business days. The remaining 15% is the platform fee. The platform automatically generates the required invoices, including correct VAT handling.

Is the platform available outside the Netherlands?

Yes. The platform targets the entire EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East and Africa). Specialists and clients from all EU countries are welcome. Payment in euros, a multilingual interface (NL/EN/DE), and GDPR compliance for all EU users are standard. Additional terms apply for countries outside the EU.

What does it cost to join?

Signing up and creating a profile is free for both clients and specialists. The platform charges a 15% fee on every completed project — this amount is deducted at the moment of payout to the specialist. There are no hidden costs, subscription commitments or success fees beyond this percentage.
